You will enjoy a retreat to our quiet neighborhood in Cape Coral for rest and relaxation. You can enjoy an afternoon sitting on the dock watching the boats go by, or fish and catch something to grill for supper. You can sneak a siesta on the hammock, sunbathe by the pool while sipping your favorite drink, or delve into your favorite book under the umbrella. At the front of the house, an intimate covered outdoor room,with a 2 seated bistro table, ideal to drink coffee and read the newspaper in the am..
The kitchen is set up for ease, including side-by-side refrigerator, freezer with filtered water and ice on the door, ceramic top stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is easy-wash cookware, a coffeemaker/espresso machine, ninja smoothie maker and ice crusher, mixer, crock-pot and even a combo toaster for bagels too.
If you enjoy grilling, we have a wonderful Hybrid grill, which has a gas grill, an infared grill and a charcoal grill to easily cook for a party or just for 2.
There are many wonderful restaurants and bistros in Cape Coral and the Ft Myers area, and to encourage trying new restaurants we frequently leave $25 off dinner coupons for you.
The master bedroom has a King bed with memory foam topper, an absolute delight to sleep on and has a walk in closet with luggage bench and plenty of closet storage. Master bath has tub shower combination. TV in the master is a 37" flatscreen with DVD player.The Master bedroom also opens to the patio with patio table and chairs for morning coffee or late evening meals.
The second and third bedrooms have Queen beds with memory foam toppers,and share the second bathroom with shower.This bathroom,doubles as a pool changing room,and opens to the patio and pool. Each bedroom has ample closet space and comes with 26" flatscreen with DVD. There is a wireless printer for your convience of printing boarding passes and directions.
Relax in the reclining leather couch and chair of the Living area, or enjoy the leather reclining massage chair to loosen any tension away from your shoulders,back or legs; and watch the large 42" flat screen with DVD capability in the living area. There are cable channels in the living area and WIFI through out the house. Dining room table is counter height for ease and comfort and can set up for 6, but expands easily for 8. It sets adjacent to the kitchen with its own access to the pool. Breakfast bar for two is next to the dining room.
Washer and dryer are in the garage, and iron and ironing board is available. There is a two car garage for parking and driveway parking is also available.
The Outdoor patio and pool is a great place to watch the sun rise. There is outdoor seating for 7 and a hammock to relax in. The pool is heat pump heated as well as solar covered in the winter. We have three zero gravity loungers to sunbathe on. If you so choose, you can go out and sit on the boat dock, with 2 padded lounge chairs. This year off the dock, we have hooked Tarpon and caught sheepshead and mangrove snapper. We have fishing poles available. Almost year round you can pick limes and lemons in our backyard.

After catching up on your rest, you can set out for some exploration and excitement! Our location will suit you well.
Take a day drip to the everglades and ride an airboat and see the aligators and wildlife.. it's a full day!
The nearest beaches to our house is the Four Freedom Park beach on Bimini Basin, which is 2 miles from our house. There is also the Cape Coral Yacht Club Community Beach which is 4 miles from our house.
Heading out a little further to the beaches of Ft Myers,(15 miles away). Captiva and Sanibel Island beaches, like Lighthouse beach or Tarpon beach for swimming and shelling are both, less than 30 miles away. Bowmans Beach, just off Sanibel-Captiva Road is a beautiful gulfside beach which also offers the most public parking of any of the island beaches.
There are cruises from Captiva Island for dolphin watching, or to out-islands like Gasparilla Island to the quaint town of Boca Grande for some shopping and browsing in art galleries.
If you're looking for fishing, don't miss going to Bokeelia on Pine Island, about 25 miles away. It is world famous for it's wide variety of fish on grounds or underground for you divers.
Grouper,Snapper,Tarpon,Blackfin shark, Sheepshead and Blue crab,can all be found, and only 40 minute drive from our home.
You might decide to rent jet skis or a boat to go out from the house. Our house is about 20 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River, and about 45 minutes to the Gulf.
Even a trip to Disney World in Orlando is do-able, being 150 miles or about 3 hours away.
