This first class furnished house is nearly located to shopping complex at lotus canals .It has 3 large bedrooms and 2.5 large bathrooms ,King sized bathroom and the jacuzzi .Living area has a large screen television and the home theathers with good quality surrounding systems .The bedroom for the guest also has a television .It has a large pool area with good panal television , hot pool and how can one forget to have a Barbeque near the pool area.Boat lovers also have the boats in the home , availablity optional.Home has a internet,Wi-Fi . The home is perfect to make your trip the memorable one and the things are desgined by keeping your comfort and the privacy in mind .

Here is the description for the boat lovers:
The yamaha Hurricane 220 has 8 comfortable seats .
you can find the depth ,has radio , bimini, fishing , telescope,cooler and the room for changing clothes.

Rules and regulation for the boating are provided by authorites with boats ,saving jackets for both adult and children.

Charges are:
For three days it will cost you $450.00, any additional day cost will be $150...,seven days rent will be $700.., excluding tax.
the tax charges will be 6% where you need to pay security of $1000.

great stay at the lucky pelican

the lucky pelican is a beautiful home furnished for comfort and equipped with everything. minutes from everything from restaurants to beaches and our favorite was the farmers market in cape coral. we rented bikes and went to the beach and then to rum runners for a late lunch.we returned back to the house for a swim and then relaxed in the hot tub.sitting on the dock and watching the sunrise in morning was our number one thing to do. cape coral has everything to offer and the lucky pelican is right in the middle of it all.we would recommend this to any one who is looking to go away and have a well equipped house waiting for you. thanks for allowing us to enjoy your house dan and deb LaCava
