Simply entertain your self along with a Satellite TV or guests at pool along with gas powered by BBQ Grill. Our Villa Lucy ensures great comfortable stay here in South West Florida.

Important : Luxurious Three Bedrooms Home. Four guests are comfortably included in posted rates. Additional guests in home will be chargeable as $70 per guest per week + tax. Our guests under 12 will be absolutely free!!

had to cancel due to family death

We booked for March 9 to 16 this year for my wife and me, along with our son and daughter-in-law. The day after we paid the balance due our son's mother-in-law took a serious turn for the worse healthwise and we knew we had to cancel. (She subsequently passed away on March 8.) I was hoping that the landlord would let us try to sublet our booking, but at such short notice did not expect him to get actively involved. Instead, he stepped forward, authorized us to search for a replacement tenant, and offered to re-list it if we were unable to do so. In fact both of us managed to find a replacement & unfortunately both of us booked it at the same time. I cannot fault the landlord's actions, and instead want to make it clear how willing he was to help us. On our return home from the funeral there was a cheque for our booking in the mail. The landlord is honourable, and we highly recommend him. I'm not sure whether he would want to rent to us a second time.

Our time spent at this wonderful vacation home was the vacation of a life time. Each and every morning we woke up to amazing views, the entire back of this home is glass! In one word PARADISE!! Sorry we didn't get it for Feb.2014, it's already booked.

We had a wonderful time in the Lucy Villa. It was spacious and clean. Loved the view and pool. It was a quiet refreshing vacation and would rent the home again.
