Description of the Cape Coral vacation home rental

Feel right at home when you enter this four bedroom, two bath home. Almost everything you might need has been provided for your stay. This home sleeps eight comfortably and a crib is also available for our youngest guests.

The home has central heat/air and each bedroom also has a ceiling fan for your comfort. The kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances including a refrigerator with ice/water in the door. A smooth top range, dishwasher and built-in micro complete the package.

Each bathroom has a large walk-in shower and has all the towels you could need. A blowdryer is also provided in each bath.

The porch overlooks a wide canal which offers direct access to the river (one bridge to go under) and is furnished with comfortable chairs and lounges. Go fishing (gear provided) off the dock and enjoy grilling your catch on the barbeque.

Area Information

The home is conveniently located off Del Prado Blvd near the Midpoint Bridge in a quiet residental area. Shopping is just minutes away. Several restaurants are close by and the bridge provides easy access to Fort Myers.

Fort Myers Beach is about a 30 minute drive or you can enjoy the beach at the Cape Coral Yacht club without ever leaving Cape Coral.

There are a number of activities available right here in our community. Sun Splash Water Park is open from March until October and Greenwells Fun Park has mini-golf, go-karts and batting cages.

If you are a baseball fan the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins call this area home for spring training. We also have our own minor league team, the Fort Myers Miracle.

Just over the bridge the Edison/Ford winter estates are open daily. You can tour Edison's labratory and his winter home.

Paradise Found

From the moment we entered this house it became home, the owner, Vicki, has done such a great job in making this house liveable. It is very clean, pretty, and the home is stocked with all that you could ever need. There were maps of the area, adds for various services and shops nearby. When my grandchildren came there were pool toys and all we needed for a day at the beach. The home is located near all services you could need. We loved out stay and hated to leave. Thanks for making this so special.

The house is large, well equipped and maintained. Vicki and her mother went out of their way to insure we had a pleasant stay. It should be noted that the swimming pool is heated, but is not indicated as such on the website. We were so pleased that we have reserved the house for two months in 2013.

A wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Magnolia House. Our family of 2 adults, and 3 young children had more than enough room and all the amenities we needed. Movies, toys and of course the pool while we were at the house. Chairs, toys, coolers and towels for picnics at the beach. Located conveniently near shopping, but still a quiet street. A lovely view out on the canal. We could have spent the whole week in the lanai. I almost don't want to recommend this place to friends and family because I'd like to keep it as our place to go. We will be back.

Amazing Home

We had the best time in this home. It was comfortable for 8 people ranging from age 20 months to 60 years. The kids loved the pool, the adults loved watching the kids play from the lania. The fishermen of our group caught some good fish right off the private dock. Victoria was amazing and helpful, making sure we all felt right at home. We can't wait to go back! Thanks for helping to make our vacation the best it could be.

Great rental property

We rented this home for one week - 4 adults and our 1 year old daughter. The house was great for our needs. It was very clean and very well stocked. They had a full size crib and a high chair available for our use and a lot of age-appropriate toys for our daughter. The house had a well stock kitchen, along with beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrelllas, and the list goes on. It was a mostly child-friendly home which was a great relief to us. Very quiet neighborhood but not far from grocery/shopping. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.
