THE LARGE VACATION HOME IS LOCATED on sailboats access canal,no bridges or boat locks to the River & in a nice neigborhood in the SE Cape Coral area.6 minutes with boat to the Main River, walking distance to shopping center, restaurants, Grocery stores,movie theater and much more.

We offer our guests complimentary airport transfer.

COMPLINTARY/FREE TO USE:
ADULT ITEM items: 2 adult bicycles,2 fishing equipments,
4 beach chairs,2 pool water rafts,CD's, DVD's.
Children Items: 2 child bicycles,1 stroller,1 high chair,
1 playpen, 1 crip,mixed floating devices,Disney DVD's.

OPTIONAL GUEST SERVICES:
CAPTAIN WITH BOAT: (charter our coast guard Licensed Captains with boat for a half or full day guided cruise or fishing trip.

GUIDED CRUISE:
Half day guided cruise $200. Full day cruise $300

FISHING TRIPS:

Awesome trip!

My teammates and I chose to stay at the Villa River property for a national sports tournament in April, 2013. Chris and Yvonne were more than accommodating when it came to communication and receiving our payments for the week-stay. Jamie, the property manager, was also incredible. The house itself was more than we could have asked for, it was incredibly spacious, came fully-stocked with all necessary amenities, and was located on a beautiful river inlet. Highly recommended place to stay!

We got a call on our way to our vacation home that they had to make some changes the renters wanted to stay an extra 7 days, so we got upgraded to a really beautiful house really loved it. Kris and Yvonne are such wonderful people to rent from we plan on coming again next year we have always had great time, and no trouble.
