A scenic 15-20 min. boat ride puts you into world class fishing ( Boca Grande). You will find countless private beaches and great swimming in the gorgous warm waters of the Gulf also just minutes away to Sun Splash water park. The home is well equipped with all kitchen utensiles,and table fare. Clean linens along with a washer and dryer to provide your family with clean, carefree vacation living.The home is very open and comfortable.It has multiple flat screen TV's and dvd players for entertainment,wired with internet wifi and cable.There is ample parking in the garage and driveway.Pool and yard are professionally maintained assuring a clean beautiful stay.The home is in a very private and quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to all of SW Florida's fun and exciting venues You will not be disappointed in this one

This Home is located in NW Cape Coral, 30-35 mins from Ft Myers Airport. Matlacha Pass is located just mins from the house along the Gulf of Mexico coast. 5-10 mins to Pine Island. Captiva, and Sanibel Island are just a short boat ride away.The house is located about 150 miles to Orlando if you wish to visit the Theme or Water Parks, and about the same distance to Miami.Its also only about an hour to get down to Alligator AlleyFamous Ft. Myers Beach is a short 25 mins away... You will enjoy the private peaceful area ,with a convience store,gas station, and car wash a half mile from the home

Beautiful & clean house.

We had a wonderful vacation on that house!!!! The house was perfect. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, everything was clean and ready for us. The owner is very kind and gentle. We want to come back in the near future and we want to come back to that house!!!!

Very Nice Place

This is our first time for being snow bird and renting in Florida. There were two of us. The home is very lovely, comfortable and well equipped. We spent many hours in the Lanai every day. The yard and pool is well maintained. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with the water heater, and was replaced the same day. Very nice service. The home is on a quite area. We do recommend this home to others.

My stay was very peaceful, the home was very clean with comfortable beds and filled all my needs. The pool is big and loved swimming every morning. Convience store was just 5 mins away and other stores, great restaurants close by. Wonderful place and would recommend it to anyone. Will be coming back next year.

Would recommend this to anyone. This home is very comfortable, clean, quiet and inviting. Patio doors from the master bedroom lead right out to the crystal clear big pool. I liked the walk in closets off the master and pleased with the big bathroom off the master. Enjoyed watching the fish off the boat dock and a great place to tan. This home is just minutes from Pine Island a must see with unique gift shops and not just the regular. Great restaurants with the best grooper I ever tasted. Its all there. Enjoyed our vacation and will definitely be back.
