Local things to do include Fishing, boating golf, beaches,Water park, designer outlets, Manatee park etc. Some of the best beaches in the world are a 20 min drive (Fort Myers Captiva Sanibel). Fishing is fantastic for 12 months of the year and is infamous for the Tarpon fishing of Boca Grande, World class shark fishing and backwater fishing for Snook, Redfish, and Trout.

Beautiful stay in this house!

Really very nice house with all the equipment you need for your vacation, perfect swimming pool with spa, we stay there with our 1 year old son, and we enjoyed together. Good location near the seaside and beaches by car, and about 2 minutes to big supermarket. We would like to come back again soon.

We stayed at this rental for one week, 4 adults, and 3 children. It was a very nice home, lovely back yard, and great pool. I really liked how the yard was fenced in and private, with no screening. Bugs only got bad at night time. Only 5 min walk to walmart, which is solely a grocery store. The rooms were all good sizes, loved the hot tub, and master bathroom! The only couple things that would have been nice, is some furniture in the room off the kitchen. There is a very large tv in that room, and no furniture. That tv would have been better in a bedroom or at least a couch in that room. Also, a bigger bbq would have been nice, there is a small charcoal one, which we didnt end up using. Overall all though, I really enjoyed this rental home. It accomodated our two families very well. I would recommend this place to anyone! Property mangers were very friendly. We did rent a crib and highchair for my baby, which was delivered pre arrival- was very easy.

I'm glad you liked our house and enjoyed your stay.
Thank you for your suggestions about the furniture in the hall, actually we are planning some improvements during our stay now in July and this will be one of them.
Our idea was to put some more furniture there or some entartainment games like fotball table or snooker, we are still not decided.
We are going to add also some more cutlery and pots, new grill and a mosquito trap in the garden.
You'll be most welcome if you decide to visit us again.

Winter Getaway

This house is just as described and as you see in photos. It was clean and well-supplied, and we loved the Pergo and tile flooring. No yucky carpeting to deal with! Pool area is private and lovely. Only suggestion would be solar pool cover to avoid concern over pool-heating cost. It was a pleasure dealing with Ivan (he even left us a bottle of wine on table, as he was visiting prior to our rental), and he returned our security deposit immediately. Property managers Karl & Silke were delightful as well and patient with any questions we had.
