This beautiful Gulf access home is just minutes away from the Caloosahatchee River which gives it easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy swimming in private pool, fishing, kayaking else boating from back yard . Gorgeous large lanai with decorative tiles surrounding the beautiful electric heated pool.

Lanai furniture including seating for 6, comfy lounge and love seat and 2 cushioned gliders.

The home itself is newly furnished with TV’s in all bedrooms and a 61” TV in the living room. King bed in master suite and queen and twins in the 2 other bedrooms. The family room features a queen sleeper.

The home is only a short distance from everything area has got to offer like beautiful beaches , water parks ( about walking distance ) , finest restaurants, great shopping , Fort Myers , Sanibel Island

Most of the rooms have water view with 4 sliders opening to the large lanai. Beautiful lighting will make sitting by the pool at night a relaxing experience. Two bikes and two Kayaks are included for you to use at your convenience.
