Villa Duckburg, built in 2006, tastefully furnished and decorated, this house gives the guests the home away from home feeling. It offers 3 bedrooms with 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed and in the third bedroom 2 twin beds. The house is very family friendly. The open concept of the house lets you talk to your family while you cook in the kitchen. Enjoy the 42 LCD TV in the living room as well as the DVD Player. The Master Bedroom features a 28 inch wall mounted TV and one of the guest bedrooms also has a 20 inch TV. Sunbathe on the lanai and jump in the heated pool to refresh or enjoy your outdoor life in the sunshine state, or entertain your guests outdoor with the gas bbq. The house is located close to Cape Harbor and the popular Rum Runner Restaurant where you can enjoy fine dining and also charter a boat tour or even rent a boat for the experienced boaters out there.

Villa Duckburg is located In SW Cape Coral , in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood but also within reach of the many attractions Florida is famous for. Take a walk on the beach , play golf , go for a sail or enjoy the view of the bay and the sunsets.The villa is a short drive from local beaches and shopping.

Important:
This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an additional $70/week plus tax.
Guests under 12 are free of charge.
