Luxurious house located in SW Cape Coral . Located in salt water canal with easy access to Gulf . No locks and no bridges to cross!! Just relax at home, enjoy swimming in the pool which overlooks the canal or else go fishing . House is conveniently located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood near the finest restaurants and grocery stores .

Spacious waterfront vacation home , over 3600 sq ft with 2100 sq ft of living area under air, which is highly furnished throughout . It features all brand new furnishings , linens, beds , TV’s and towels . The house is a split level model. Our guests can enjoy complete privacy on one side ( along with access to the pool ) and guests /children at the other side . Master size bedroom features King sized bed along with a 32” Flat screened TV and easy access to pool area . Second bedroom features Queen sized bed along with breathtaking views of palm trees . Third bedroom features two Twin beds. Also a comfortable den where , guests can enjoy reading favorite novels or use their computer .

House offers great area with open model plans and new flat screened 47” TV. Spacious & Beautiful 3BR- 2BA – Den-Pool-WiFi

Area Information

The house is located near Tarpon Point Marina. There is a lot of entertainment around such as the Rotary Park Environmental Center and the Cape Coral Historical Museum.
