This adorable and affordable 2 bedroom, 2 bath Vacation Rental Home - Located just off the Caloosahatchee River on intersecting canals is a mere 4 minutes to the river. The home is fully furnished and just minutes from shopping, beaches, islands and more. Rented by the week or month with utilities included. No extra fees for guests up to 6. We just finished renovations and this is new to the vacation market in 2012.

Area Information

Cape Coral has more navigable canals than any other city in the world!!! That is why they call it "The Waterfront Wonderland" and with the views from this home - which is located on one of the most traveled canals coming out to the river leading to The Gulf of Mexicoevery day is like a constant boat parade. A public boat launch ramp is conveniently nearby,

Easy access to shopping, restaurants, hospitals, beaches, islands, day tripping or whatever, so many amenities are convenient to this location. Via the Mid Point Bridge to the SW Florida International Airport within 25 minutes. Sanibel Island via the Cape Coral Bridge is within 20 minutes. Naples is less than hour and either Fort Lauderdale, Miami or Tampa can be reached in a littler over 2 hours. Many, restaurants, doctors, services and shopping are virtually located at the end of the street; it would be difficult to find a more convenient location.

Wonderful rental home, location and owners!

When looking for a Florida rental for the month of April and May we chose the Cape Chantry House based on Debra's pictures and description. We were looking for warm weather, rest, relaxation and a side trip or two. The Cape Chantry House was only exceeded by the owners - Debra and Doug - what a gracious and thoughtful couple! The Cape Chantry House is peaceful and relaxing - on a beautiful canal front - great for boater and nature watching. The location is great for "day trips" up and down the gulf coast. During our two month stay we enjoyed every minute of each day spent at the Cape Chantry House.

Awesome Vacation

We were very pleased with The Chantrey House in Cape Coral. It was very comfortable, spacious and lovely. Debra Shuey (owner) was so nice and very accomodating and thoughtful. Enjoyed the boats going by and seeing eagles everyday. We brought our jetski and were able to tie it up to the dock and do some sight seeing on it. The river was very close by too for easy access. The location was great; very near shopping areas and restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone. We are coming back next year. Pat & Frank D.

We had a great time there.. Debra was wonderfully and made us feel at home.. She was very helpfull. The view on the canal was a delight, along with the morning visit of the local bald eagle.
