This Place Was Just As Advertised Could Not Ask For More. Fishing In The Canal Was Fun Caught Some Big Ones.also A Manatee Swam Past The Dock And It Was Not In Any Rush. We Stayed For A Month And We Would Recommend It To Anyone .the Owner John Was Great To Work With.thanks Again John

We had a wonderful vacation. This house is so awesome, it was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The pool was perfect and we loved the lanai area, we already can't wait to go back. Would DEFINITELY recommend this house.

Awesome Place To Stay

We had a great time. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and handy. We asked our kids what their favorite part of our trip was, they said “THE POOL” ….And the TV they could watch from the pool. They didn't want to leave. The owner (John) was great to work with. We would definitely try to stay here again if we are in the Cape Coral area.

This house has everything you need and is very private and clean in a beautiful neighbourhood. We loved the big screen TV and pool in the lanai. There is Easy access to Fort Meyers and Sanibel and Captiva Island for some beach time or fishing or just relax at the pool. If any issues arise during your stay John (the owner) is easily contacted for trouble shooting. Definitely recommend staying here and bring your kids they will love it (ours did not want to go home). Keep up the great work John.

Our family stayed at this home for a week and enjoyed every minute of it! We practically lived by the pool...the outdoor "living room" by the pool was wonderful! The location is close to many beaches so we took advantage of that! John was very easy to work with and was very prompt with our deposit refund. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a very nice vacation. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The split bedroom floor plan was wonderful and all the upgrades that have been added made it feel like a modern Florida home. The big screen on the lanai was wonderful along with the whole pool area. We found a lot of good restaurants in the area and you have some wonderful neighbors that were a big help. The house is very convenient to I-75, Ft. Myers, and Sanibel Island. Also the ease of getting hold of the owner was great along with the reasonable rent that was charged. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank You very much.

we recently came back from a holiday's vacation in Cape Coral. The house is fantastic, our party had a wonderful time watching games on a big screen tv from the heated pool!! What a fantastic property! Safe neighborhood - shopping & restaurants were all within minutes! LOVED the recent updates (granite, tile)…everything was so clean. Our daughter loved the big screen TV in the lanai/by the pool, our son spent his time fishing off the deck out back! We can’t wait to return!

This was a nice home in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was very nice and also heated. Do make sure you take your own beach towels. The large screen TV out by the pool was a very nice addition. The homeowner was very easily accesible via email and/or phone and was great to work with. Also the Ft. Myers beach is only 13 miles from the house which made it convenient. We had a great time in Cape Coral!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Cape Coral vacation spot. The house is gorgeous and extremely well kept and clean. All appliances are new and in great condition, and the house is very modernly decorated. Beautiful landscape and right on the canal. The pool was nice and warm and clean, also enjoyed the ability to fish in canal. Not to mention the great low price for rent. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!

Great location and Amenities

While searching for a rental property to stay at in Cape Coral my wife and I looked at comparable rentals, but this property exceeded our expectations and came in under budget. You can tell the owner put a lot of work into making sure that our stay at the property was fun and enjoyable. While we spent most of our time in Naples and Ft. Myers, we looked forward to relaxing in the heated pool while watching our CA teams play at night on the outdoor television. My wife is now on me to install an outdoor tv and patio set on our lanai in CA. We didnt use the canal much, but it was fun watching the fish, blue crabs, and sting rays swim by the dock. We look forward to staying here again later this year.
