Located in beautiful southeast Cape Coral and close to all amenities. Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home is fully wheelchair accessible.
The master bathroom offers a roll in/walk in shower and roll under vanities. All exterior doors have access ramps. The private, heated pool has pool lift available for wheelchair users and the elderly.
The large lanai with screened in pool area allows for fun days by the pool and pleasurable evening dinners.
The house has a full 2 car garage and is situated on a large corner lot in a quiet neighbourhood. Close access to grocery stores, restaurants and the bridge to Fort Myers make our vacation home your perfect choice for a family's fun week in the sun or a relaxed month in the warmth of the breezes of the Gulf of Mexico.

Great house Great Location
