House is near the all best shopping and gourmet dining in the Cape Coral like Kohls, Unos, Publix, Target , Outback , Carrabbas and lot more . About 15minutes drive for Fort Myers thru Veterans Memorial Parkway.

Experience the great model home feelings in the 3bedrooms , 2baths home . Furnished bedroom includes king sized bed and a LCD TV . Master sized bath offers roman shower , Jacuzzi tub and double vanities along with all style and comforts which our guests must be needing .

Two guests’ rooms (The Safari and The Seaside) share the luxurious bath. Safari Room features 2 twin beddings and flat screened TV. Seaside Room features queen sized bed. Each room has storage space as they are professionally decorated.

In living area , guests can enjoy 42inches flat screened TV including cabled TV , stereo ( outside/Inside adjustable ) phone service , wire less internet and fax .

Outside our guests can enjoy wonderful lake view from spacious lanai, BBQ grill also electric heat pool along with waterfalls.

House is perfectly located at one mile’s distance from new Publix market and off the Pine Island Rd along with its new finest restaurants and great shopping.
