Description of the Cape Coral vacation home rental

This open concept, Florida-style vacation home is located in a gated golf-course community. It is one of two rental homes in the Cape Royal community. The home is light and airy with vaulted ceilings. The many windows overlook the pool, a small lake and the 6th fairway (royalteegolfclub). The 27-hole course is open to the public, and the clubhouse is a short walk away, making this an excellent home-base for golfers. It can also be a great retreat for families. It has a western exposure perfect for catching the setting sun from one of the many lounge chairs.

The home was updated in 2012 with new floors throughout, a new kitchen complete with granite counter tops, new furniture and wifi throughout. The large master bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, private sitting area (perfect for curling up with a good book) and a walkout to the pool. The second bedroom features a queen bed and is bathed in morning sun. The third bedroom also features a queen bed and has a view of the sun setting over the pool and lake. All rooms have dual bedside tables and can accommodate two adults.

The pool has an electric heater and thermal cover for the cooler months. The huge patio around the pool features a hot-tub, a new gas grill, outdoor dining for six, and a sun bathing area. All the basic amenities are included (air conditioning, washer/dryer, etc.) There is a large grocery store across the street from the main gate. For those who are looking for activities, it is a short drive to Fort Myers, and Busch Gardens makes a great day trip. There is also kayaking on nearby Pine Island and a variety of great restaurants. It is a 30 minute drive from the Fort Myers airport and the Miromar Outlet Mall. A great vacation is at your doorstep. Come and enjoy.
