Description of the Cape Coral vacation home rental

This lovely and very tastefully furnished 5 bedroom/ 3 baths home offers lots of space and privacy. It is located in the SW of Cape Coral. The canal has a Gulf access and of course there is a boat dock directly next to the house.

The pool area has area offers four very high end lounge chairs and a dining table with 10 seats. There is a Weber BBQ gas grill for you that you can enjoy a nice dinner. Of course the pool can be heated on request.

This pool area has a baby fence around the pool which our guests can use if requested.

This house has a formal dining area with a long table plus a cozy nook with 4 seats next to the kitchen - all designer furnished.

The living area is furnished in a very tropical style - just to make sure that you will feel like on a vacation trip in the tropics.

This house offers 5 bedrooms with 1 king-size bed
2 queen-size beds
4 twin beds

We are extremely picky owners and want to make sure that you always get a very clean house. This house is fully tiled and does NOT offer any carpet any longer.

The house is extremely well equipped and offers more than enough dish for far more than 10 people. We also offer our guests linens (two for each bedroom), lots of towels and beach towels, a crib, a high chair, a booster.

For the children we offer a game cube with games. Further we have many family games in the house.

We installed fans in each bedroom, the living area and on the ceiling of the covered lanai.
