Unique Cabana-style courtyard pool home located in Cape Coral, Florida. This large home offers privacy and spaciousness. 3 bedrooms plus addtional den with 3 baths has your family sleeping in style.

Master bedroom has king bed and handicap accessible shower in Master bathroom, with addtional separate soaking tub. Bedrooms 2 has full sized bed. The third bedroom is a private cabana located off the pool area.

Televisions in every bedroom and living area. Home is tiled throughout with full sized laundry room.

Home is located in upscale area and is beautifully furnished for your comfortable stay. Pool has electric pool heated with tenant control.

Small dogs welcome in this home under 20 lbs, with prior owner approval and separate pet fee paid.

Cape Coral is a residential area located just over the Caloosahatchee River from the city of Fort Myers.

Fabulous home !

Great house set up, everything we needed and more !! We were able to bring our dogs ( THANKYOU ) and the cape area is just gorgeous. Great neighborhood, felt VERY safe !! Close to everything! Nice casual restaurants everywhere and Fort Myers Beach with in 20 minutes. PERFECT !! Thank you again for allowing us to bring our dogs, it meant so much !!!
