Gorgeous 3-bedroom/2 bath pool home in a lovely neighborhood. This home is a 5-10 minute drive to the beach or several world-class golf courses. The pool and lanai have a southerly exposure for wonderful sunny days in the pool area. The pool area is enclosed in a fully screened enclosure for bug free enjoyment. There are large slider patio doors from the kitchen area and master bedroom to the pool area. A BBQ grill and plenty of seating are on the lanai providing for complete out door living. There is also an outside shower on the lanai. There are large flat screen TV’s in the living room and master bedroom. This house comes with linens, plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard and pool area has wonderful mature foliage including a banana, mango, avocado and grape fruit trees.
