JUNE- OCTOBER
Waterfront, heated pool, southern exposure, fast gulf and river access, free high-speed internet with wifi connection, phone service with free local and long distance (US, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands), romantic getaway, family-friendly, quiet neighborhood, boat docking, fishing dock
Located in beautiful SW area of Cape Coral between the Rose Garden and the Yacht Club. Close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Short drives to Sanibel and Captiva. Great for boating, sailing, fishing. Beautiful home on waterfront at intersecting canals. Great view of Caloosahatchee River leading to the Gulf of Mexico. Southern exposure for full sun in the enclosed lanai area with heated pool. Open floorplan and lots of room with stack-back sliding doors to the lanai from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Seating areas poolside and on the dock are ideal for sunset happy-hour or for entertaining. NON-Smoking property.
Home is totally remodeled with Italian terrazzo floors throughout. New cabinetry and counters in kitchen and bathrooms. Tropical style with Tommy Bahama furniture in living room, dark cherry Thomasville bedroom set with king sleigh bed in Master suite, which includes a dressing area, walk-in closet and master bath.
Stack-back doors to the lanai provide comfortable sleeping and view of the patio and pool. Enjoy dining in the eat-in kitchen, dining room, and at tables on the covered patio, poolside and at the dock.
Large flat screen TV, DVD, CD in living room, 2nd TV in Master Suite. Linens provided. A/C and heater. Washer and dryer. Gas BBQ grill on patio. Full kitchen, large refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances and cooking utensils. Safety bars provided in master bath stall shower, beside master toilet and in front bath tub. Beach chairs, towels and cooler provided for day trips.
Watch for dolphins and manatees swimming in the canals. Fish from the dock for eels, stingrays, giant catfish and angel fish. Cape Coral Yacht Club with beach, marina, pier, is one mile by water, ten minutes by land. Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva for shelling are minutes away.
