We enjoyed our stay in Villa Sunbird. The house and property are very well maintained and clean. We enjoyed sitting and sun bathing on the outdoor patio and swimming in our private pool. Although the house is on a corner lot, it still felt private sitting in the screened in patio; having no neighbors behind the house is a plus. The house is conveniently located close to restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive, and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed how bright the house was, lots of light coming in from the outdoors, and the open concept. Wherever you are whether in the kitchen, dinning table or living room you can see the TV and patio. The house is serviced by a well instead of city water. There was never any shortage of filtered water, but sometimes the toilet water smelled. Otherwise this is a great house for a small family, or retired couple (no stairs, no elevator, private pool, private garage and everything close by).
