Well appointed home located in SE section of Cape Coral. All the amenities you would expect and a few you won't. Close to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Pine Island, shopping, golf and fishing. Our house will feel like home to you but with all the attractions and relaxation you wish to enjoy. Clean newer home in lovely neighborhood with year-round owners. Area Information

Home is located near Target and Publix groceries and within minutes of fantastic restaurants. Easy to bike around the area using our new bikes. Convienient 25 minute drive to and from RSW airport. Just a quick 20 minutes to popular Fort Myers Beach or 15 minutes to Cape Coarl Yacht Club Beach.

My wife and I were looking for a place in FL to celebrate our 30th Year anniversary and get away from a long cold winter. The Palm Terrace location was a perfect fit. Well decorated and comfortable. Very centrally located with resturants and shoping close by.

My sister and I who are in our 50's decided to go on a trip together. My husband found Gary's house for rent in Cape Cora, FL. We took a chance and gave Gary a call. I felt good talking to him and when I met him I felt our vacation was going to be awesome. It was nice of Gary to provide us with a packet of things to do and see in and around Cape Coral. The house that we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. We really felt like it was our home and treated it that way. We were close to several places we wanted to visit and others were within an hours drive. We walked every morning and always felt safe and the neighbors were friendly. It was nice to have our own bedroom and bathroom. We washed our clothes and made our own meals. I thank Gary for making the weeks rent affordable so that my sister and I were able to have an awesome and memory making vacation. The best thing that we loved was sitting out on the lanai every evening and watching the world go by. You will not be disappointed with Gary or the house. It is fantastic!

We spent four weeks in the month of January 2013 at this rental home in Cape coral, FL. The house is located in a very residential area and seems very private and secure. It is nicely furnished, warm, inviting and beautifully decorated with many silk plants and we felt right at home. Many restaraunts, shopping areas and grocery stores are very close by. While the house is not located directly on the beach, Fort Myers Beach area is only a short drive. There are also many nice public parks and beaches nearby. The Cape Coral Yacht club and beach area is very nice and the Saturday morning Farmers Market is a wonderful place for fresh fruits, vegetables and plants. We look forward to returning in the future.

Beautifully landscaped and decorated 3 bedroom home with hot tub and lanai. Close to shopping, restaurants and beach. A great location in the center of Cape Coral with freeway access. A great relaxing getaway.

We felt right at home the minute we walked through the door of this Cape Coral home. It was clean, well decorated and had plenty of space for our family. The central location was great for shopping and going to the beach. We truly enjoyed our time and plan to return again soon!

A:Fort Myers Beach and Cape Coral Beach are within 20 minutes from the house. We provide beach towels, umbrella, chairs and cooler.

Q:Is there golfing nearby?

A:Absolutely, a number of courses are very near the house and range from simple par 3 to championship style.
