Villa-Selina, your exclusive vacation villa!
Enjoy the paradies of Florida in this brand new and with much love equipped luxury vacation home. Not only inside, but also outside it captivates by generosity and charm. The large windows, which light colors and the optimal south direction provide bright and friendly areas, where you can enjoy your vacation in full courses. The many details, like columns, large style windows, the panorama window in the breakfast corner give the villa a singular Ambiente.
Living area:
You will be spending your vacation in 2,200 sq.ft. living area under
Air A/C (total area is 3,100 sq.ft.). The entire living area is air
conditioned and the individual rooms have ceiling fans. The Villa has
a spacious great room, an integrated formal dining room and an open
kitchen. You will find 3 bedrooms and each has its own bath! Great
room, dining room and bath have tile floors. The bedrooms and walk in
closets have fluffy carpeted floor. In the entire villa are exclusive
designer furnishings.
6 persons can enjoy a comfortable and pleasant vacation in this
vacation home. Also the equipment doesn't let you miss anything!
Pool and Patio:

Spacious patio, partly under roof, has table, comfortable chairs for 6 Persons and lounges. The swimming pool is heated and has underwater light. For your pleasure there is also a spa! patio and pool are enclosed in a screen cage against creeping and flying insects. So you can use this lovely place all day and night long with a beautiful view on the water.
The Camelot Isles Shopping Center with a big Publix Supermarket, a Walgreens pharmacy and many more small shops only 2 minutes away!

Area Information
Villa-Selina is located in the desired southwest part of Cape Coral on the 120 ft. wd. De Leon Canal with fast access to the Gulf of Mexico. A boaters paradise, in only about 30-40 min. you will be from your own dock in the gulf and cruise to the islands of southwest Florida. There are many golf courses in and around Cape Coral also.
