Beautiful waterfront villa with spectacular view on a 260 ft wide saltwater canal which leads directly into the Gulf of Mexico. The large swimming pool is electrically heated. The entire swimming pool area is screened in for your comfort with a mansard cage screen.
Vaulted ceilings, living room and master bedroom with large sliding glass doors leading to the lanai and swimming pool area.
3 beautifully furnished bedrooms, master suite with king size bed, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. TV, DVD, stereo, fully equipped kitchen, all linens and towels provided, washing machine, and dryer. - High Speed wireless internet connection is available for an extra fee. The redwood boat dock is oversized and equipped with a 7500 lbs boat lift. Cape Coral is surrounded by water and is enjoyed by fishermen, boaters and golfers. The house is located in the upscale southwest neighborhood of Cape Coral.

It is a paradise for fishermen, boaters, golfers, and tennis players.
Known as the ideal location for family fun, Cape Coral offers a 12-acre water park, the Sun Splash Water Park. This park boasts three giant waterslides, Main Stream Lazy River, Luna-Sea Activity Pool with lily pads, logrolls, and cable drops, Tot Spot Kiddie Area, sand volleyball, sun deck, and more.

Cape Coral also has a family sports amusement center, a children's science center that truly makes learning fun, and the Greenwell's Family Park. Greenwell's features batting cages, go-cart track, miniature golf, arcade, and snack bar.
Four Mile Cove Ecological Park has 365 aces of unspoiled wetland and mangrove swamps on the Caloosahatchee River.
The park features a 4200 foot walking trail as well as a visitor center.

This is a very lovely house and it is on a beautiful canal. We have stayed in the house twice in the year 2007 and are planning our trips here for next year already. It has been extremely clean each time we have rented it. The pool is wonderful and we have had a great time each time we have been here. Looking forward to next year's vacation here.
