The beach is just 600 ft. away. Only 2 minutes to Cape Coral Yacht Club and to the nice 300 ft. fishingpier.
Also available the "Riverstop" beachbar.

Well furnished, the only thing you need to bring is your clothes, a swim suit and a beach towel.

My wife and I rented this property for two months and had a great time . We have rented seven different homes in Cape Coral over the past twelve years and found Villa Dolphin to be the best. Its location so close to the beach is what attracted us. The honesty and efficiency of the owners and their representative was a real bonus!
