New Villa Sapphire (completed March 2006 and just now offered 10/10/07 for vacation rental) is a spacious and comfortable retreat for you and your family to enjoy (no designer features to be wary of). Villa Sapphire is located in an attractive & quiet Southwest Cape Coral neighborhood. Enjoy beautiful, relaxing sunsets on the large patio overlooking the heated pool with safety baby gate, heated spa with waterfall, and canal with quick direct access to the gulf of Mexico and nearby islands. Fish off the dock or hire the captained boat at discounted rates for half day and full day excursions to the the gulf and islands. Over 2,200 Sq. Ft, fully air conditioned, large sun filled great room, open kitchen with solid surface counter tops, upgraded appliances, ultra quiet dishwasher and maple cabinets, dining room, dining nook, and jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom.

Visit the near by barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva for a relaxing day trip, shelling, sunning on the beach, visiting their ECO parks. We had a fabulous time at Villa Sapphire. We love kayaking and were so happy to be on the canal. It made our vacation. Everything was new and spotless. The pool was so relaxing and the villa had everything we could ask for. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to go back next year.  more...

This home is beautiful! It is exceptionally furnished with everything you need. The pool and lanai were wonderful. We couldn't have asked for anything better! We had a Captain take us on a boat ride and had a great time. Very nice people. The owner of Villa Sapphire is great to deal with and communicates well and timely. Dear Joe, Bob and I couldn't be happier with our stay in your gorgeous home. We enjoyed the sparkling pool soooo much. I have never rented a home over the internet and was quite leary. Things were handled very professionally and everything that was promised, was delivered. Your location is close to many attractions and shopping. We particulary enjoyed Sanibel Island. The water there is the most incredible shade of blue/green I've ever seen and the beaches were spectacular. Dining at the seafood restaurant on Matalase overlooking the Gulf was really a treat.
