This beautiful , waterfront villa home, situated close to Tarpon Point Marina, has direct sailboat access and is 10 minutes to the main river.
Fish off your own private dock or explore the nearby islands of Sanibel and captiva in your own 22ft sportsboat.

The villa has three double bedrooms. The master has a king-size bed with en-suite. Two further bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the third has two single beds. All have cable television. For the comfort of guests, the villa
is fully air conditioned and also has ceiling fans, inside and out.

The dining room leads directly onto the patio, where you will find plenty of patio furniture to enjoy outside dining.
Or simply relax in the spa or pool with a cocktail.

This was a great package. Home was convenient, by land and by sea. Everything as advertised, or more. The outdoor pool area, all screened, was large and very pleasant. Time to open water on the boat was no more than 15 minutes. House was well equipped including fishing gear, bicycles, small appliances, big-screen TV, gas grill...nothing missing.
