Plenty of room for up to eight guests can be found in this 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, which features a solar heated pool and west exposure on a wide Gulf access canal in Cape Coral's popular Southwest. The view down the canal is exceptional. Very nicely and comfortably furnished, with a cozy fireplace in the living room and a computer desk in the family room (with high speed internet access). This house will become a second home during your stay. You can also rent a boat at a reduced rate: 201 Hurricane $600 / week, 237 Hurricane $750/week, and $100 off the rent for the home.

Area Information

The home is located in Southwest Cape Coral on a wide Gulf access canal, with many newer homes in the area and several stores and restaurants a few minutes away by car.
