Home was completely renovated in 2007 and updated with upscale modern touches. Features include an open living area with kitchen, serving bar, dining area and reading nook all overlooking the canal and pool area. Home has ceramic tiled floors, travertine marble and hardwood throughout. Wireless High-speed Internet included. Pool and spa are both heated. Lanai is covered with grill and seating for nine.

Private boat dock and lift. Access to the Gulf of Mexico by boat in only 20 minutes (1 lock). It is a beautiful boat ride via canals that have lots of wildlife and beautiful homes. Once you reach the Gulf of Mexico via boat, Sanibel, Captiva and Ft. Myers Beach are only minutes away. You can fish from the dock behind the house.

Home is located in the prestigious and very quiet neighborhood of SW Cape Coral. Close to shopping, golf, boating, restaurants and stores. The beaches of Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Captiva are about a 20 - 25 minute drive. Home is located about 25 minutes from the Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW).
