Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this villa, located in southwest Cape Coral, on a freshwater canal with gulf access. A boat is available for rent, for only $600/week if rented with the house! The attractive large corner lot with its luxurious landscaping and paved circular driveway lead you to a welcoming high entrance and expansive glass features of the entryway.
This beautiful home offers soaring ceilings and over 2300 sq ft of air-conditioned, tiled open space living area that include formal dining room, living room, family room and well-appointed kitchen with Corian counter top, breakfast bar and morning nook, as well as huge sliding doors to the pool and oversized patio.
High standard furnishings throughout make this house particularly enjoyable. The master suite with king-size bed and private access to the pool has an elegant passage to the spacious master bath with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, separate restroom and large walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds, each with its own full bathroom. Villa Oasis is equipped with all amenities for you to enjoy: electric heated pool, built-in stereo system indoors and outdoors, cable TV, high speed internet and more.

Visit the near by barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva for a relaxing day trip, shelling, sunning on the beach, visiting their ECO parks. Go para-sailing, jet-skiing, fishing, or just sunning at nearby Fort Myers beach. Rent a boat and explore nearby ECO preserve preserves. Visit the famous Shell Factory in Fort Myers, the Naples Zoo, or take a day trip to Tampa to visit Busch Gardens or Seaworld, or go south and visit the Florida Everglades. There are many places to shop in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and nearby Naples. And don't forget about the local golf courses and spring training games for the Boston Redsox and Minnesota Twins.

Deposits: CANCELLATION POLICY: The renter may cancel the rental contract at any time, as long as the cancellation is sent to us in writing. The following deadlines and costs apply to cancellations by the renter:
Cancellations of 46 or more days prior to arrival: 20% of rental amount is forfeited
Cancellations of 45 or less days prior to arrival: 100% of rental amount is forfeited
In addition, a non-refundable booking fee in the amount of $50.00 is charged on each reservation.
Other Fees: $130.00 cleaning fee
You have to secure 20% down for reservation.
You have $25/week included in the rent for electricity. Anything over that, we will charge you at a rate of $0.12/KWh.
Damage waiver fee (NO MORE SECURITY DEPOSIT): $60.00 (will cover up to $750 for accidental or inadvertent damage). Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs to the guest. We will also require a credit card on file for all of our guests.

"We just got back from our perfect vacation at Villa Oasis. We are a family of 5 (3 kids under 13). We found the house to be very welcoming from the moment we stepped in it. It was very clean, very up to date with technology ( built-in stereo system indoors and outdoors, cable TV, high speed internet and more) and very beautifully decorated. The master bedroom has its own private access to the out door swimming pool. The location is quiet peaceful and the neighbors are very nice. The owners are also very friendly and offered us the use of there bikes in the garage for our three children. We also rented the boat from them (which the whole family enjoyed). The owner gave us some good tips and on what islands you can explore by boat. We ventured to Sanibel island and saw dolphins. I loved the aqua green color of the water which is absolutly serene. It was also perfect to swim in and there were only light waves created by the boats. When we returned from our boating adventure we decided to make a barbeque for dinner (the home also offers a propane outdoor grill). We ate outside on the lanai and listend to soft music. To end the perfect day, we all went in for dip in there lovely "L" shaped electrically heated pool. There are also alot of resturants, wild life reserves, nature trails, cinema movie theaters, Golf, Library, Live Theater, Movies, Museums, Playground, Shopping, and a near by water park in the area. We enjoyed eating at the "Bone Fish" resturant (if your in the mood for good seafood). "Our entire family all had such a wonderful vacation staying at your villa. The home far exceeded our expectations, it was so spacious & decorated so lovely. It sure beats staying in a hotel complex, as one can't beat the privacy & enjoying your own heated pool, lanai & private yard. We were very comfortable in renting your boat (as we are boat people from MN), but the experience of boating through the canals of Cape Coral & out onto the beautiful waters of the Gulf was a new experience for all of us. We stayed at Villa Oasis during July 08 and had a wonderful time. The property is five star luxury in every detail.The house was immaculate and the furniture and furnishings we well thought out and of excellent quality, as was the beautiful fine quality bed linen in all bedrooms. The lighting throughout the property both inside and outside was exceptional and we particularly enjoyed swimming in the pool at night when it was all lit up. We found the propery owner exceptionally efficient regarding bookings, directions and other information and would recommend this property. We look forward to returning to it ourselves in the future. I and my family fully enjoyed our stay at Villa Oasis in Cape Coral. We had a wonderful time there! It is worth sharing that the house perfectly met our needs.
