Completed in 2007 our new, elegant and luxurious 4 bedroom/3 bathroom waterfront home is situated in Cape Coral. on the Gulf Coast in the South West region of Florida. Careful planning has resulted in a very comfortable and relaxing home. It offers over 2400 sq ft of stylish, air conditioned living accommodation which is all on one level. With its high vaulted ceilings it presents a marvelous bright and open ambienceThe private master suite has a large bedroom with a luxurious California King size bed, television and patio doors leading out to the pool. Its large en-suite bathroom has a generously sized Jacuzzi, a walk in shower, and a large walk in closet. The equally luxuriously Queen Suite has an adjoining bathroom. A door leads out to the pool area. The remaining two bedrooms each have twin beds, built in closets and share a beautiful bathroom,
Any gourmet cook would take advantage of the fully equipped modern kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel fittings including a large sized oven stove, ,microwave oven and dishwasher. The large fridge freezer provides instant ice or iced water. All the cooking utensils and crockery you are likely to need are in the kitchen. Dinner can be enjoyed in the formal dining area or in the informal kitchenette. There are two areas in which to relax depending upon your mood, the beautiful Florida room with its sofa, chair and coffee table has double patio doors leading to the pool. The less formal living area with it comfortable wrap around sofa and extendable leg rest, coffee table, television and hi-fi also overlooks the pool area.
The unique luxurious outdoor pool has a disappearing edge to take advantage of the views of the water beyond. It has three water falls, an in pool hot tub Jacuzzi, lighting, heating for the winter months and a safety fence for children. The pool and Lanai are contained within a large screened area which provides ample room for sun bathing.
The laundry room, equipped with a large washing machine and tumble drier, leads to the double garage with remote control doors.
The patio area has an outdoor covered eating area and a gas barbeque. A path leads to the beautiful private dock with a boat lift and Tiki hut for those who want to enjoy the water. The dock is about 25 minutes from open water and the barrier islands including the sandy beaches of Captiva and Sanibel Islands are all near by. Boats are available to rent, just ask. We have quite a few to choose from.
Unfortunately we cannot permit animals or smoking in the house. The home will be prepared for your visit by a very professional and friendly management company. Hairdryer, linens etc, are provided for your stay.

This home is in the Pelican area, very quiet, with baseball and soccer fields. Pelican Blvd. is a divided road with sidewalks, so you can take a nice bike rides or walks.
The supermarket is less than 1/4 mile from the house.
Cape Coral Yacht Club, Tarpon Point Marina and Cape Harbour are also less than 2 miles from the villa.
