This Villa is very spacious and open with 2000 sq.ft A/C living area and tiled throughout. 3 bdrms (King, Queen, 2 Twins)all with water view and ceiling fans and 2 baths. With a split floorplan for privacy, the Master Suite has French Doors opening to screened lanai and the pool & canal view beyond. Master Bath has double vanity sinks with large shower in separate room and a walk-in closet. The kitchen is totally equipped with lots of dishes, cookware and all the essentials you'll need for your stay.

Relax and enjoy the breeze off the water at the canalfront screened pool and lanai, surrounded by palms and tropical landscaping. The large private Pool and Lanai/Deck are all newly refinished and the pool is solar heated. Lanai area is privacy fenced for your comfort.
Lanai has patio furniture, gas grill, loungers.pool floats and ceiling paddle fans for your complete comfort outdoors. Fish off our private boat dock or enjoy watching the resident turtles and otters playing in the water!

We provide everything you need for your stay and a day at the beach. Beach towels,chairs, small cooler, insulated mugs are available. If you have a baby, there is a pack an play crib and booster seat available for your use. Satellite and High Speed WirelessInternet are available.

Cape Escape Villa is located in a quiet,safe SW neighborhood with a Wal-mart Grocery Store and liquor store a 1/2 blk away for all your food/beverage items.

Area Information

Cape Coral is a beautiful, yachting and boating community and known as the safest town in Florida. With the small town feel and miles of intersecting canals it is a wonderful place to enjoy your vacation. Less than 30 minutes from Ft Myers airport, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island and Ft Myers beach, you are close to everything to fulfill all your vacation needs. Boating,Sailing, fishing, swimming, beaches, shopping, waterfront dining and entertainment are all nearby in the beautiful town of Cape Coral.
