Description of the Cape Coral vacation villa rental

Our beautiful and luxurious vacation home is located at a canal intersection in the sought-after southwest of Cape Coral in a quiet residential area. Only 5min away from Veteran's Memorial Pkwy where you can find all sorts of shopping, restaurants, fitness etc. Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel about 15 Miles. We have south exposure. From our pool great view over canal intersection. Salt water canal with gulf access.

The house was built in 2006, completely renovated and high standard refurnished in a contemporary modern style in June 2009. The house offers soaring ceilings and over 2200 sq ft of air-conditioned, tiled open space living area that include formal dining room, living room, pool billard and fully equipped kitchen, morning nook, as well as huge sliding doors to the pool and patio.

Great escape

The area was great. The house was great. Only thing is I wish it was on the ocean. Packing up and going to the ocean was a lot of time, better to just walk out your front door.

Owner's reply:

Peg, it is maybe true but a house like this ON the ocean (like you walk out the front door and it is right THERE) would be at least ten times the price. So we are shure we'll see you again next year ;)

Our expectations were exceeded from the day we arrived at Sueno Americano! The facilities were superb and everything was provided. The view was lovely and it was so relaxing by the pool. We had a wonderful time and plan to return. Thank you Ricolf and Susanne and of course housekeeper Bob!

We loved this property!! The view is fabulous and so is the house. We got lots of use out of the solar heated warm pool. The area is wonderful. We all really enjoyed Cape Coral. We found it really difficult to leave...we wanted to stay forever!!

Great relaxing vacation in a luxutiousl villa

After a long flight from Germany we were pretty exhausted when we arrived. But our first impressions of the home put us back to live. Very spacious villa with tasteful interiour. Everything there that you need and everything in the right place. We felt home immediately. Housekeeper Bob is a definate highlight, too. Always friendly and helpful. 'We'll be back'! :):):):):)

we have just returned home from a most relaxing vacation, this home has everything you could possibly want, we did not want to leave everything was so clean, we loved the large pool and the views of the river were great sometimes a boat would go past and give us a wave, on vacation I like to dine out but we ended up eating at the home more it was just so lovely cooking on the barbecue and sitting out by the pool, its very rare we use the same home twice as there is so many but I would love to go back here. Bob the gentleman who takes care of you while you are there is lovely. In fact we found that most people we met in Cape coral were lovely.

This was the first time that we rented a villa in the Cape Coral area and we were pleasently surprised. The villa was more than we could imagine. The villa was immaculate. Any problems we had were addressed the same day. We were greeted by a very friendly person who even had a welcome basket waiting for us. It was so enjoyable, we have rented it for next year. Our complements to the owners for an outstanding job.
