Cape Coral is located on the beautiful southwest coast of Florida. There is over 400 miles of navigable canals in our city along, with many lakes, and the Caloosahatchee River which also connects(Intercoastal waterway) to the east coast of Florida. It is a boaters' paradise! If you enjoy boating, fishing and beautiful sunsets, Cape Coral is your dream destination.

Located near all the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Islands and Ft. Myers Beach. The summer days are filled with sea breezes and showers with daily highs around 90*F. The winter days are sunny with sea breezes and highs in the 70's*F.

There are many parks, playgrounds, golf, fishing and sailing right here in Cape Coral. Villa Golfer's Paradise is located close to the 18-hole, Arthur Hills designed, championship course built within a century old oak hammock named Coral Oaks Golf Course.

Cape Coral is also just over two hours from Tampa and Miami and four hours to Orlando(Disney World) It is considered one of the safest cities in all of Florida.

Beautiful place. Awesome pool. Great location for Golfers. Good people! All new with modern amentities. My only complaint is, a very stiff bed and a little further than we wanted to be from Estero Island. But by far he best house we've rented in FLA and the lowest we've ever paid.

Our overall experience was fantastic! We found the accomodations to be more than anticipated. The heated pool was new and exceptional. One of the most relaxing vacations that we have ever had. We certainly hope to return next year. The management company was most professional and attentive to our needs. Many attractions within a short driving distance and the golf course just two blocks away.

We(4 people) stayed in Villa Golfer's Paradise from November 15th - 27th of 2009.
The house is located in a very quite neighborhood, only two minutes away from Coral Oaks Golf Course.
The house is furnished very uniquely, not at all like the common Florida home.
We used the brand new pool area and heated pool alot.
We would recommend this villa to all.
