Area Information

Cape Coral is located on the beautiful southwest coast of Florida. There is over 400 miles of navigable canals in our city along, with many lakes, and the Caloosahatchee River which also connects(Inter-coastal waterway) to the east coast of Florida. It is a boaters' paradise! If you enjoy boating, fishing, golfing, and beautiful sunsets, Cape Coral is your dream destination.

Located near all the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Islands and Ft. Myers Beach. The summer days are filled with sea breezes and showers with daily highs around 90*F. The winter days are sunny with sea breezes and highs around 80*F.

This property was perfect; can't think of anything we'd change. As a matter of fact, being back in cold (but beautiful!) Canada makes us daydream about Daydream. All was perfect and the view of the mangroves across the canal added to the feeling of our own private sanctuary. Thanks for the owners for sharing their home and John for his care.

The home was magnificent, the decor was beautiful and when the weather was not as nice as it should have been, it was great to enjoy the house with its views. John Baker the property manager was very helpful and a class act. I look forward to dealing with him in the future. Honestly there is nothing to complain about except the weather. It was kind of cool and cloudy but what can you do?

We enjoyed this wonderful home in Jan/Feb and felt like we were in our very own private sanctuary. The view of the mangroves in the nature preserve across from our lanai, pool and sailboat dock and canal was beautiful, and the lush palms on either side meant that we couldn't see our neighbours. The house was well equipt and our real estate angent John dealt with a couple of minor issues promptly and efficiently. A red-shouldered hawk appeared daily and the canal served as a bird flyway every morning and evening, All in all, it was a great escape from the ice and snow up north and we hope to repeat it next year.

This House is immaculate, beautyful and perfect. We felt like we staying at a friend's house. Everything we needed was there and it is wonderful. We've stayed in five other homes in the Cape Coral area and this is the best one by far! Bright and sunny, comfortable beds, large open-concept, and plenty of amenities. The super-large screened-in lanai is like another HUGE room, wich is truly a great place to have dinner/barbecue and enjoy the spectacular sunset. The house is very close to good restaurants (Rum Runners,etc.) supermarkets, and great shopping, and yet very quiet and private. The owners have been unbelievably helpful and ready to answer any questions. We will definitely be back!!!!!

We were very pleased with our stay ay 5004 SW 29th Ave. The home was well stocked with all of the necessities. Everything was fantastic. The beds are extremely comfortable. They are the best beds for Pamela's back and neck problems. In fact, we are going to buy one for our London Ont home. We are looking forward to returning!
