The Villa is in a very quiet residential area called Palaco Grande, close to Cape Coral Parkway and Del Prado Blvd. near shopping and restaurants.
The 3 bedroom Villa is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has a spectacular view to the canal. The home has bicycles and fishing poles for guest use.

The home was clean and in a quiet area with nice neighbors. The fixtures were old and needed upgrades. Should have a few dollars spent to bring these up to date. We appreciated the screened-in, solar heated pool Enjoyed it all enough to book the home again for next year. DSH

I and a friend stayed here in late April 2010. I am from Virginia and this was my first trip to the west coast coast of Florida...I will be back!! I was very impressed with the location, amenities offered, and space inside the home. The furnishings were in good shape. The master bed was a little more firm than I care for but didn't lose any sleep because of it. The neighbors were polite but never seemed "nosy". All the kitchen appliances and amenities were in good shape as well. The pictures really do not do the home justice!! Erik with EMA Management was extremely nice and accomodating. My portion of the electrical use was also very minimal. I would stay at this property again! I would also do business with EMA Management again!

Although the home was older it was nicely updated, clean and comfortable. The pool area was exceptionally large and had several chairs as well as a large table to seat 6. We especially liked the area with established trees and landscape. This home would be more than adequate for a family or three couples. EMA management was also very easy to work with and accomodating. All inquiries were responded to promptly if not by email by telephone.

We found this house to be extremely well kept and a fun house to be in. The pool was great and the lanai adequate for a large party and cookout. This home was so comfortable and centrally located to most things of interest. Including a Dunkin Donuts right down the street(ummm).We have family in the area and they all wanted to come to this house for get togethers. We saw stingrays and many fish in the canal.We cannot wait for our next visit and will hopefully get to stay here. Eric was extremely accommodating and made check in and check out easy and quick.Thank you Eric and Michelle for everything.
