A beautiful, nicely maintained, four bedroom and two bath home with a solar heated pool enclosed in a gabled pool cage. Garden with palm trees. 2200 sqft living area, 265 sqft lanai and garage.
This home has everything you need to make your vacation a memorable one.
Relax outside or party at the cage enclosed patio. You can relax in the sun at the pool equipped with comfortable chairs and chaises (pool exposure southwest, sun on the pool almost all day long).
4 bedrooms equipped with a king, queen, 2 twin size beds and a sofa bed respectively. WLAN internet and satellite TV in living and master bed room. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer/Dryer. Air conditioning, ceiling fans.

This beautiful home is located in the Southwest part of Cape Coral. If you like boating , golfing, beaches, shopping or restaurants? Then Cape Coral is the place for you! Cape Coral is a waterfront wonderland. Visit the near by islands of Sanibel and Captiva for a relaxing day trip, shelling, tanning on the beach, visiting their ECO parks. Go para-sailing, jet-skiing, fishing, or just tanning at nearby Fort Myers beach. Rent a boat and explore nearby ECO preserve. You can take a day and relax at Fort Myers: Visit the Edison and Ford Estate or the famous shell factory there. See the Naples zoo, take a day trip to Tampa to visit Busch Gardens or Orlando. Go visit the Florida Everglades. There are many places to shop in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and nearby Naples (especially the Miromar and Tanger outlet malls). Enjoy plenty of local golf courses.

We stayed in The Villa Carpe Diem from January 1 till March 28 From location,the home decor and amenities,this vacational rentals for you.The rental experience with mr. Brian Rampp is easy,well inform and stress free.We walked a lot for execise and this nice and safe area. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for quiet location,although anything you may need is only 10-15 minutes away.
