Vacation House Tropicana is located in the wonderful North-East of Cape Coral. Restaurants and stores can be reached in just a few minutes. You will not miss anything! Wireless Internet connection everywhere in the house and lanai. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, walk-in closet, big bathroom with dual sink. Second and third bedroom with queen size beds.
The living room is very comfortable and equipped with TV, DVD-player and stereo unit.
The kitchen offers a lot of space and is well equipped. 2 bar stools are in front of the kitchen counter, another 6 chairs can be found in the dining area.
Pool area offers sunloungers and privacy while you are having a lot of fun in the pool!
Gas-grill and a cozy seating area is also waiting for you.
The pool is now equipped with a cover and a reel system, that makes it easy to use the cover and keep the water warm!

It takes approx. 40 minutes to Ft. Myers Airport and 90 minutes to Tampa, 150 minutes to Orlando with its many parks like Sea World, Adventure Island or Universal Studios, 60 minutes southbound through Naples to the Everglades.
Cape Coral has its own beach with Yacht Club. The well known Ft. Myers Beach is only 35 minutes away!

Pool is Cold - No Blanket to Cover Up

We spent January at Villa Tropicana and loved it. But to say the pool is solar heated is a REALLY not correct. The water was COLD all the time, could never get into the water. We would loved to have come back to Villa Tropicana but the pool spoiled it.
