Description of the Cape Coral vacation villa rental

This luxury Villa is built in 2003, consecutively tiled even in the two guestrooms. The Villa Dolce Vita has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open american kitchen, Dining area, and big living room from where you have access to the lanei/pool area through a huge 4-part slidedoor!
You can also access the lanai/pool area from the masterbedroom, dining area and the guestbedroom.

AC, garage for up to 3 automobiles, wireless Internet, 46" LCD- TV with DVD-Player in the living room and modern flatscreen-TV"s with built-in DVD-Player in every Bedroom!!!
The kitchen contains all necessary devices such as fridge (w/ ice cubes), Ceran-Oven, microwave, dishwasher, and many small devices such as coffee machine, toaster, watercooker, etc.
The masterbedroom features a walk-in closet and an own bathroom w/ shower and bath. 2 other bedrooms also have a TV with DVD.

In the office is a laptop with printer, scanner and faxmaschine!

An automatic sprinkler system always provides green lawn!

The large infinity pool is open and features a waterfall with whirlpool. Both can be heat-up and are ready for use!

Also there is a soccerer table (foosball) and a ping pong table in the garage and a dart game on the pool deck.

Of course there is an anti-insect/termite service, so there is nothing to worry about when swimming in the pool or having a BBQ. Gas for the grill is includet!

Area Information

Villa Dolce Vita is located in the beloved South-East of Cape Coral. The next stores and restaurants (McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, Publix, Gas Station, etc) are just a mile away!
The house is on a quiet street.

Cape Coral has approximately 160.000 residents and is located in the South-West of Florida at the Gulf of Mexico. Between Cape Coral and Fort Myers is the Caloosahatchee River. 400 miles of canals run through Cape Coral which is also known for its Gulf fields! The Sunsplash Waterpark and the Mike Greenwells FamilyPark are just a few attractions the city has to offer!

Glad we went

The property managers did a very good job. Only thing, there were no instructions on the house. They said (e-mail)they tried to call us so we could have a departing inspection. We didn't know this as there were no instructions. But very, very few few owners ever have any type of instructions. You would be well advised to have all owners to leave a page of "How To" etc. Still we enjoyed ourselves and would go again. Ron Williams
