Description of the Cape Coral vacation villa rental

Vacation under Palmtrees!
In the very popular city Cape Coral, not too far away from the Gulf of Mexico and close neighbor of Fort Myers, we offer you Villa Paradise Island for rent!
Built in 2006, consecutively tiled and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open american kitchen, dinning area, and big living area from where you can access the lanai/pool area from a 3-part slidedoor.
Normal size pool with oversized pool area.
The pool is equipped with an electrical poolheater.

AC, garage for up to 2 automobiles, wireless Internet, and a 52" TV w/ DVD-Player is all included!
The kitchen contains all necessary devices such as fridge (w/ ice cubes), Ceran-Oven, microwave, dishwasher, and many small devices such as coffee machine, toaster, watercooker, etc.
The masterbedroom features a walk-in closet, TV and an own bathroom w/ shower and bath. 2 other bedrooms also feature closets and bathrooms w/ showers.

The entrance has a nice porch with a small table and chairs.
All windows are hurricane proof!
An automatic sprinkler system always provides green lawn!
Lanai and pool are brand new.

Area Information

Cape Coral has approximately 170.000 residents and is located in the South-West of Florida at the Gulf of Mexico. Between Cape Coral and Fort Myers is the Caloosahatchee River. 400 miles of canals run through Cape Coral which is also known for its Gulf fields! The Sunsplash Waterpark and the Mike Greenwells FamilyPark are just a few attractions the city has to offer!

1.5 miles from the house is a marketplace (shoppingcenter), with publix - supermarket, MC Donalds, gas station, restaurants,hair cutter, liqueur store and many more.

You can reach the US 41 or the mainstreet Del Prado in few minutes.

Great home in great location

Excellent villa in quiet area of Cape Coral. Home has great layout, split bedrooms provide privacy for yourself and any guests. Pool was a relaxing way to end a day of traveling around the area. Cape Coral is great area on Gulf Coast. We,re within 30 mins of Fort Myers, Sanibel, Punta Gorda. Route 41 is short distance from house, as is Del Prado Blvd. main north/south route in Cape Coral. If you desire a peaceful, quiet getaway, yet close to everything, then this is the house for you. We loved every minute of it; we,be already rented it for 2 months next year. Michael and Sandra are great people - very friendly and willing to accommodate any requests you have or address any issues while there. Highly recommended!!

Great Homebase!

Villa Averill was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. It had the perfect layout with an open floorplan. Everything was up to date and clean and nice. The screened in pool was perfect for barbecues, laying out, and swimming anytime of day! Sandra and Michael, the rental agents, were very accomodating. There were more than enough cooking supplies and entertainment options available. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Villa Averill. We would usually leave to go to the beach or into Fort Myers during the day, but it was so wonderful to have the nice, quiet, beautiful home to go back to for meals and at night. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to vacation in Fort Myers or Cape Coral. It is very affordable and extremely enjoyable.
