Description of the Cape Coral vacation villa rental

This is a brand new large home(4,500 sq ft) just completed. The living room has a spectacular 21’ high ceiling with a fireplace on one side and a balcony on the other. This is a 5 bedroom, 5-bath luxury home with granite on all counter tops. The master bedroom suite is 56' long!!! It includes his and hers areas and his and hers walk in closets. The loft area consists of a separate seating area with its own sofa and piano overlooking the beautiful living room.

The game room/fifth bedroom has it’s own bathroom, wet bar and is a completely private suite off of the loft. It also has a beautiful American Heritage/Grand Bahama Pool Table, which will bring many hours of enjoyment to the guests.

Exiting off of the end of the loft, you enter the upstairs upper sun deck. This is a fully enclosed screened area with dramatic views of the swimming pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub are electrically heated for total comfort in any kind of weather.

The library/office is part of the loft area and has high-speed Internet connection and a fax machine for those who need to do a little business while they are on vacation.

Area Information

The home is located just blocks away from Cape Harbor with easy Gulf access for boating. Cape Harbor is known for its restaurants, shopping and night life.

Just 3 miles away is a shopping center which will meet all of your needs. A large Publix Grocery store along with restaurants, postal needs and a pharmacy.

Cape Coral has it's own beach just 15 minutes away, or you can drive to the beautiful Fort Myers Beach which is just 30 minutes away.

The home sits on a large canal at the back door with a dock for fishing.

Wonderful Home-Great Neighborhood

I stayed with family members at this home and we had an awesome time. It is well taken care of and equipped with the comforts of home. The owners are great and reply quickly. The pool is great especially since the beach is not close by. Great, great home. Hope to visit again.

Outstanding Family home

I would like to take this opportunity just to tell you how wonderful your home truly is. My family and I had the most wonderful time in your home. The play room was to die for both for the kids and mostly for the adults. The outside kitchen was just great. We barbecued and cooked all weekend. The master bedroom is also to die for especially the dual showers. How great for both of my kids to take a shower at the same time without fighting who is going to go first. This alone was a vacation on it's own for me. The rest of the rooms were all beautiful and spacious. There are not enough words to say how great your home really is. My family and I were really really happy. They're already planning the next stay in your home. Hopefully it will be available. We all hope that you were also pleased of the way we left your home.
