Located near all the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Islands and Ft. Myers Beach. The summer days are filled with sea breezes and showers with daily highs around 90*F. The winter days are sunny with sea breezes and highs around 80*F.

There are many parks, playgrounds, golf courses, fishing and sailing right here in Cape Coral.

awesome home

this home is exactly like the pictures, my wife and I stayed here in May, a beautiful home, the only thing it needs is for the pool to be heated. we have rented homes before and John is by far the best property manager we have had.would definetly go back to this home and definetly use John

We found Villa St. Martin very relaxing & quiet. All of the rooms were spacious & the backyard pool & eating area was wonderful. We especially enjoyed watching the abundant wildlife in the canal behind the house & the large trees on the banks of the canal

Everything was as advertised!

We spent two months in this beautiful home and could not have been more pleased. The pictures were portrayed exactly as the house is. But more important to us was the property manager, John Baker, who catered to our every need. Sorry folks, we have the home next year Jan-Mar but any other month in this beautiful spot would be special. We even wanted to bring our family here for Christmas this year but don't know yet if that will work out (hard to work with two working families). LOL I can't praise John enough for his attendance to details. The pool is not heated and the 3rd BR is locked with owners belongings, but we are hoping both of these may be different next year. The owners are talking about putting a heater on the pool and that would be AWESOME for grandkids (and big kids too)! The only thing to be aware of, if you for some reason have two cars (which we did this year), the owners have one car in the garage. But it wasn't that big a deal. I highly recommend this home and if anyone wants to talk to me about it, feel free to do so via email.

Fantastic Villa St. Martin

We stayed here for Christmas 2012 into Jan 2013. The directions and contact through the management company was terrific, very quick and professional service. On arrival, our breath was truly taken away. A fantastic and spacious villa. With a totally private back garden (Except the occasional Canoe on the Canal). We used the villa as a base to explore South Florida and had a fantastic experience all round.
