Villa Françoise with Pool and Spa!

This luxury home with pool and whirlpool, is on a canal with access to Gulf of Mexico!
Villa Françoise was recently renovated and got new furniture. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open American kitchen, dining area and a big living room from which you can access the lanai and the pool area!
You can also access the lanai and pool area from the masterbedroom and the dining area.
The guest bathroom has a door direct to the pool area.
The house features an AC unit, 2-car garage, Wireless Internet, LCD-TV, and a stereo system with DVD-player!
The kitchen features everything you need: new refridgerator with ice cubes, ceran-stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and much more, like a coffee machine, toaster, watercooker, etc.
The masterbedroom has a walk-in closet and it’s own bathroom with a big shower and jacuzzy.
There is also a bedroom with double-bed, and a bedroom with two single beds, with bathroom that features a bath/shower and pool area access.
A huge table with 6 chairs, 2 sun umbrellas, 4 sunbeds, and a gas grill invite you to relax!
An automatic sprinker systems always makes sure that the lawn is green!
Lawn- and pool service is included.
Also, there is protection against insects, so you don’t have to worry about anything when swimming in the pool, or when having a BBQ!

Area Information

The house was built in 2004 and is located in the quiet North-West of Cape Coral. The nearest supermarket and gas station is only 2 miles away!
The house is located on a quiet street.

Cape Coral has approx. 170 thousand residents and is located in the SW of Florida’s Gulf of Mexico. The Caloosahatchee river separates Cape Coral from Fort Myers.
400 miles (640 km) of canals run through Cape Coral, which is also known for its large number of gulf fields! The SunSplash waterpark, and Mike Greenwells Familypark are just a few attractions that are located in the area. Parks in Orlando are just approx. 3 hours away!

Fantastic Villa

We had such a fantastic stay here!! The villa was clean and bright. Michael and Sandra were fantastic hosts! A lovely quiet street on a great canal. The pool was so great, the kids just loved it! I can't wait to come back!! Thanks so much for the great holiday!! Candice
