This villa is close to every needs such as groceries , shopping,all the best beaches of Sanibel and Fort Myers.It is situated in one of the finest neighborhoods of Cape Coral.

All rental properties are non-smoking except outside!

The monthly rate already includes a 15 % Discount for this Property.

If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an additional $70/week plus tax. Guests under 12 are free of charge.

ELECTRIC CHARGES: $0.13/kwh with $25.00/week free allowance.
