Off Water Paradise!! Fantastic off water pool home conveniently located in the heart of Cape Coral.3 bedrooms includes furnished king bed in the Master bedroom with TV, a queen bed in the 1st guest bedroom also with it's own TV and 2 twin beds in the 3rd guest bedroom. Two bathrooms (one with access to the pool area), a den with high speed internet access, and two car garage make this home the perfect vacation spot at a great price. It is furnished in modern contemporary style with big screen Flatpanel TV's and a comfortable feeling just like home. The pool is electric heated and therefore allows usage all year around. If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an additional $70/week plus tax. Guests under 12 are free of charge.

Beautiful, clean home

We had a wonderfully comfortable stay at the Villa Austria. All the furnishings looked pretty new and beautiful. The rental agents were very helpful to anything we needed. The house and landscaping are beautifully kept! Would certainly rent there again!

My husband & I just returned from a 3 week stay at the Villa Austria. This house became our home away from home. It was extremely comfortable and very well appointed. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Our daily pleasure was to sit out by the pool in the morning with our coffee and listen to the birds sing. We only have a couple of requests for this property. #1. It would have been nice if there were beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for any beach excursions we took. #2. It would have been nice to have a couple of bikes to explore the area. #3. The kitchen definately requires a steel to sharpen the knives as they were less than sharp. Once again I would highly recommend renting this property and will definately be booking a property again. Thanks for making our holiday great.
