This water view home has a wonderful electric heated pool with underwater night lighting. Sliding glass doors from the master suite, family room, and living room all lead out to your private lanai and enclosed pool; complete with rafts and inflatable’s, reclineable patio furniture, and lounge.

This house has a gourmet eat in kitchen with granite counter tops, island, breakfast nook, and a kitchen pass through to lanai counter. Villa Echo is newly furnished with contemporary furniture, 52” 3D flat screen TV w/ DVD player and a library of DVD’s to view. The master suite has a king sized bed, flat screen TV w/ DVD player, private bath with double sinks, soaker tub, and separate shower.

Villa Echo offers four fishing poles, bait/tackle, and two kayaks to cruise the canal which leads to Manitoba Lake. This luxury home is located within a short driving distance of everything this area has to offer, including beaches, a water park, shopping, restaurants, Sanibel Island, Fort Myers, Pine Island as well as marinas and eco parks.

Additional features include: cable TV, phone with free local calling, and work station with internet access.

The monthly rate already includes a 15 % Discount for this Property.

If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an additional $70/week plus tax. Guests under 12 are free of charge.

ELECTRIC CHARGES: $0.13/kwh with $25.00/week free allowance.
