The modern contemporary interiors and large screened TV’s that makes delight spending vacation on Villa Stacey. Pool is new and offers electric heat pool and the spa at large patio that partially cover by roof . Enjoy BBQ along with friends .
Experience the breathtaking views to wide canal & even sits at nice large boats dock. Guests can rent else bring their boat . House is about 2 canals in land from river. The villa is near great shopping and about minutes distance from beaches and city of palm , Ft Myers . Access to Internet available .

If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an additional $70/week plus tax. Guests under 12 are free of charge.

ELECTRIC CHARGES: $0.13/kwh with $25.00/week free allowance.
