Located within minutes to all shopping needs. Features a boat dock with close access to river / gulf. Elec. heated pool, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. Enjoy the open layout of the home to relax in and the quiet outdoors on a very quiet street.

This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an additional $70/week plus tax. Guests under 12 are free of charge.

Last minute stay.

March 10, 2013

My family had a great stay at Villa Maria. The property management group was very easy to work with in a last minute time frame. The house is clean and open, the pool was refreshing, and the dock is a great place to watch the sunset. The only complaint we have is that the neighbor dog barked the whole time we were there; even throughout the night. All things considered I would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.
