Here is what you get... large 90 degree heated pool, 104 degree heated hot tub, (both adjustable), both with solar blankets to save on electricity... beautiful view of royal palm trees and wide fresh water canal, nd the western sunsets... by th pool dining, pool furniture, and night time around the pool lighting, three nice bicycles and a baby stroller, new 62 inch HDTV, 46 inch TV, cable moviechannels including on demand movies, cable music, large stereo system, CD & DVD player, remote controls for everything, wireless Internet, land line phone, fully furnished kitchen, two large refrigerators, one doubl wide with in door ice dispenser, regular and infra red grill, didning room with table for 8 people, nicely furnished living room, and family room with a pull out couch and reclining sofa chairs, and of course 3 bedrooms with a king bed, queen bed, and 2 twin beds, and 2 large bathrooms, a double garage with remote control... close to children's park, shopping malls, Lowe's, Wal Mart, steak houses, pizza places, water park, golf courses, Cape Coral Hospital with full emergency equipment, and only a short drive to the beach... facility is nicely furnished for three couple occpancy...

We really enjoyed the villa. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The only complaint we would have is the amount of traffic on the street......otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.
