Description of the Cape Coral vacation villa rental

This cozy vacation villa is located in the southwest of Cape Coral in a quiet side street, in a lovely residential area. Shops such as supermarkets and shops for the daily life as well as banks, petrol stations and restaurantes are just minutes away. Also Fort Myers and the beaches around Cape Coral as well as shopping malls are not far away by car.

The terrace with a solar heated pool is facing south and guaranteed swimming pleasure all day. The nice pool area with cozy seating and the beautiful view in the green garden with tropical plants invite you to relax and unwind. Furthermore, there is a grill for wonderful evenings for barbecue.

The Villa Mambo has a large and bright living and dining area with an open kitchen, which is just separated by a bar counter. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. The Masterbedroom with a separate access to the pool area has a private bathroom. The other both bedrooms share a bathroom.

Area Information

Cape Coral is located on the beautiful southwest coast of Florida. There is over 400 miles of navigable canals in our city along, with many lakes, and the Caloosahatchee River which also connects(Inter-coastal waterway) to the east coast of Florida.

It is a boaters' paradise! If you enjoy boating, fishing, golfing, and beautiful sunsets, Cape Coral is your dream destination.

Located near all the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Islands and Ft. Myers Beach. The summer days are filled with sea breezes and showers with daily highs around 90*F. The winter days are sunny with sea breezes and highs around 80*F.

There are many parks, playgrounds, golf courses, fishing and sailing right here in Cape Coral.

Cape Coral is also just over two hours from Tampa and Miami and four hours to Orlando(Disney World) Cape Coral is considered one of the safest cities in all of Florida.
