The beautyful House is new remodeled and equipped with new furniture!

Over 2000 sqft livingspace with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms .

Inside the house is a comfortable lounge area in front of the turnable tv.

Feel free to play a round at the pool table.

The white fence guarantees privacy when having fun in the pool! Gasgrill and comfortable furniture await you on the big pool area

The house features an AC unit, 2-car garage, Wireless Internet, Cable-TV, stereo system and a DVD-player!

The kitchen features everything you need: refridgerator with ice cubes, ceran-stove with oven,

microwave, dishwasher, and much more, like a coffee machine, toaster, waterkettle, etc.

Washer and dryer are in a extra room.

Masterbedroom has king size bed and TV, certainly a huge walk-in closet and acess to the pool area.

The House Oasis is located in the easily accessible SE from Cape Coral, only few minutes with the car
to the next shopping malls or restaurants!

Cape Coral has approx. 170 thousand residents and is located in the SW of Florida’s Gulf of Mexico.

The Caloosahatchee river separates Cape Coral from Fort Myers.

400 miles (640 km) of canals run through Cape Coral, which is also known for its large number of gulf fields!

The SunSplash waterpark, and Mike Greenwells Familypark are just a few attractions that

are located in the area. Parks in Orlando are just approx. 3 hours away!

A fabulous home, with everything one could ever need. I am handicapped (wheel chair bound) and it was an excellent accommodation for me. The pool area is beautiful and private. The beds are super comfortable. Not a single problem or distraction was encountered.

We had a wonderfull vacation. Michael and Sandra were excellent from the booking process right to the check-out. The House Oasis is everything it is advertise to be. A beautiful home with a fantastic pool. The neighborhood is quiet and located 2 blocks from the park and river. We walked there almost everyday. Great relaxing vacation.

This house was a great fit for our family. The pool was so warm and the pool area was so large! I think our favorite part of the house was the huge tiled shower.
